Google 3-Pack Ads

Turn local attention
into conversation.

Relevant locations, thoughtful campaigns and a clearer view of inquiry quality.

01 / The challenge

Local attention is valuable only when it reaches the right customer

Someone searching for a nearby insurance office may be ready to ask a question or request a quote. Reaching the right person takes focus: broad search terms, mismatched locations and unclear ad copy can spend money on searches that have little connection to your services.

Connect your location, services, message and follow-up so people can recognise the right office and take the next step. Your team also needs to distinguish useful inquiries from wrong numbers, unrelated requests and activity that looks promising in a dashboard but does not progress.

  • An advertising territory may be broader than the places your office can usefully serve.
  • Clicks and call-button taps can be confused with qualified leads.
  • A campaign left unchanged can keep paying for irrelevant searches.

02 / Our solution

Build the campaign around your locations and priorities

Google 3-Pack Ads combines setup, custom copy, Business Profile integration and ongoing optimisation. The package includes call tracking, keyword and search-term monitoring, negative keywords, competitor ad monitoring, bid and budget work, and monthly reporting. The scope includes 10–15 target cities, chosen around your business and campaign plan.

We connect eligible location information to support Google’s local ad formats, including business details such as reviews and star ratings where Google displays them. Custom copy and location settings bring your services and the office behind them together for people searching nearby.

  1. Define a worthwhile inquiry

We agree on the services, locations and types of customer the campaign will focus on. We discuss how your office handles calls and what makes an inquiry relevant, then clarify the target territory and any city or ZIP exclusivity offered in your arrangement.

  2. Connect the message and location

We prepare custom copy that describes your office accurately and gives the customer a clear next step. We connect the appropriate Business Profile information and review campaign settings, working within Google’s eligibility and approval requirements.

  3. Reduce irrelevant traffic

We review the available search terms and adjust keywords as the campaign develops. Negative keywords help exclude irrelevant searches. Competitor ad monitoring adds context, while we use your priorities and the performance observed in your account to guide bid and budget decisions.

  4. Report and improve

We use performance and call tracking to examine what the campaign produced. Monthly reporting connects spend and interactions with the work completed. Your office’s feedback about inquiry quality helps explain the numbers and directs the next round of campaign adjustments.

03 / Expected outcomes

A clearer link between advertising spend and useful conversations

We focus on reaching the right locations, encouraging relevant calls and showing how advertising spend contributes to qualified inquiries. That gives your team a practical basis for deciding where to focus next.

Better alignment with your market

Location and keyword work aim to bring the campaign closer to the services and communities your office wants to reach.

More informed spending decisions

Search-term and campaign reviews help identify activity worth supporting and areas where exclusions or other adjustments may be needed.

Visibility into inquiry quality

Call tracking and your team’s feedback help separate recorded interactions from meaningful business opportunities, where the available information allows that connection.

We review spend, clicks, available call data and the conversion actions configured for the campaign, then compare those figures with qualified inquiries reported by your team. Where the data supports it, we calculate cost per qualified inquiry. We keep call-button clicks, connected calls, quote requests and completed sales distinct so each measure has a clear meaning.

A little more clarity

Good questions.

Is this the same as organic Google Maps ranking?

No. This service manages paid campaigns; Google determines eligible formats and placements. Local SEO supports your unpaid presence. Paying for ads does not purchase an improved organic ranking, though the two services can support different parts of a marketing plan.

How is the advertising budget decided?

We discuss your locations, services, competition and business priorities before launch. Advertising spend and the management fee are separate parts of the arrangement. We manage the campaign within the budget agreed with you and use performance and inquiry quality to inform adjustments.

Does territory exclusivity give us exclusive Google placement?

No. Any city or ZIP exclusivity offered by Search Perfect concerns the agreed agency arrangement. It cannot prevent other advertisers from competing in Google’s system or guarantee where an ad appears. Ask us to confirm the territory and scope that would apply to your business.
